Deleting your data

This text describes how Advert Lumen is built to handle data. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and is not yet a binding agreement.

If you use Advert Lumen

Open Settings → Meta connections and choose Disconnect. That revokes Advert Lumen's access and deletes the synced ad data and everything derived from it within 24 hours. To delete your whole organisation, use Settings → Data. You can export your data first.

If you removed Advert Lumen in Meta

Removing the app in Meta Business Manager, or asking Meta to delete your data, sends Advert Lumen a deletion request. We delete the ad data associated with your Meta account and anything derived from it, and Meta gives you a confirmation code. Enter it below to see the status.

Any other request

Write to privacy@advertlumen.com. Requests under the GDPR or the CCPA use the same deletion process.
